It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment requiring having to phone on successive days hoping that there will be one.

To get a scheduled appointment I had to wait over a week or was given the option of calling an 0845 number on my mobile only to find I was 40 something in the queue the call cost me a small fortune and the staff there are not very helpful or friendly, especially some of the doctors. Don't bother with this surgery, go elsewhere.

I am very sorry you were not able to get an appointmnet at a time to suit you, it would be very helpful if you could contact the practice manager who may be able to assist. In regard to the telephone number - you need to know that in consultation with our patient support groups we have changeed telephone system, our telephone number changed on 17th December we now have a georgraphical number 01293 771200

Always friendly and helpful, appointment booking never an issue, have seen various GP's at this practice and all very good, please keep it up

my wife and I, and our two children are here and when you can get past the rude and unhelpful receptionists, the Dr's are great. we have seen a few of them and they are always helpful and polite. i have tried to make an appointment for me, and due to working in the mornings, I can not spend an hour on the phone. and can not book one in advance. we are still trying to book my daughters pre school booster, so far this has taken two weeks, and we have now received a letter to book her flu jab, so there will be more trips and phone calls. I even tried to make an appointment last Saturday as I was in town, there were two receptionists in the office, but they can not make appointments. in summary if you have the time to battle to get an appointment, the DR's are very good and worth the effort.
